...And the boss was out...
Published on December 30, 2003 By deputyclerk In Blogging
Hope your Monday was good. Work was typical for a Monday today. The boss was out and it allowed me to accomplish a lot. Got many things off the "back burner" as it were and the day was very productive. I'm trying to get "things" ready for 2004. It's amazing to me how quickly one year melds into the next. Especially since my kids got into school.

We found out our Nanny is getting married and moving in July, 2004. That being said, we'll have a void in the family and an extra bedroom in the house. It's a constant argument. Should it be my den or my wife's room, or a "family" room for the TV, stereo, PS II and other stuff? Who knows...Although it will be nice having another room, we will miss having the nanny here. She's been soooo good to us for the past five years.

Homelife is alright today. There is always room for improvement, but time and work will bring that about...Or it won't. But time will definitely tell. I am reminded by friends that patients is a virtue.
My wife and I have had some trouble since September and we are more like roommates. While I hate that, I don't want to leave the children and don't exactly want to move out, either. So...I'm trying to be patient and give my wife time and space.

Well...it's 11:15 p.m. and I wanted to journal something today. One of my favorite quotes from Tony Robbins is, "A life worth living is a life worth journaling." This is my attempt.
